Sky Max Hub not showing in MySky App

I have no option for my Sky Max Hub when I click product settings.

Ive tried restarting my hub and uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the issue remains. I cannot reset my WiFi password and the original one isn't working.

@sewey89 Why are you trying to reset and the original is not working, WPS button held in for 30 Seconds and Factory reset the Hub! should put it to everything on the Max label!

Because I've lost the card with the password on and would prefer a password that I can remember.

thank you for the tip on it returning to the original password which is on the router, that has worked.

But I still should be able to see the router on the MySky app, which I can't.

@sewey89 If you cannot see the Max app wise, then you may just have to call sky, get them to take a look at your account and check it is registered there correctly, not the serial number from it incase it is required!
