I have the same issue and tried what others suggested - log out the app, reset Sky Max hub by pressing WPS button, log in the app again ... This is the forth day onboard the new broadband service. I still cannot work on advanced settings.

Find out more@GaryChan you need Sky's help so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

After 5 days I am havingI the same issue and tried the suggestions of log out the app, resetting the Sky Max hub and logging in the app again but still no joy just says setting up and the "oops there is an error please try again later" then goes back to the start of the process.

Hi Lisa,
Sky Max Hub still not showing up even I switch off both ONT and Sky Max Hub for more than 15 min and then switch on. Would you please involve backend for my case?

I'm having the same issue and the phone line is dead too, although the line used to work with the previous router.

I'm having the same issue, I have upgraded to WiFi Max for the sole purpose of having the extra settings and have no access to them in the app no matter what I try! It's beyond frustrating to the point I want to cancel

Hi, just read the above messages, can someone at Sky please activate mine too please, installed 2 weeks ago, but no app settings for router. 👍
