Sky Max Hub not showing in MySky App
Installed max hub 48 hours ago but it won't show in My Sky App under products so I cannot rename my device. I have a full smart home which currently can't connect or I need to spend hours.
seems an issue between my account propagating through to the My Sky App. Spoke to technical support and the apps team inbox is under maintenance so it will have to wait a couple of days! No other route of escalation!

@Trouble45 I can see that your post has been escalated to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

Thanks they sorted it not long after I posted so now I can see my devices! Thankfully..

@Peppercorn4_ &. @Magda8 call Sky as they have to get the hub added to My Sky if you nedd to changecthe settings. A few customers are still being missed.

I am having the same issue - I need to change the router details, but its not showing in the MySky app - I have broadband shield whichis parental controls, network security which is only about McAfee and then TV and Mobile settings. Nothing about the Sky Max Hub. I've rebooted everything and it's still not showing - how do I fix this?

@Mouseymouse hold off for a few hours as currently the app has issues this morning showing WiFi Max settings. However if this persists after today call Sky.

Last week the Sky support chatted with me in private message and suggest me to switch off ONT and Sky Max hub for 15 minutes and switch on as other way round. But this still not work for me.
I think my case need technical support at the backend, but the bubble at lower left corner gone and I can't chat with them. Superuser please help to escaulate my case.
