I'm fortunate i paid for the sky WiFi max, this is why I was entitled to a refund. I hope it will be resolved quickly but after speaking to the advisor on Monday and today I don't see it happening!!

Yes I get the same message online also. When I "check my broadband" I'm only getting reads of 131mbs, I can see previous data. Up until the 26th I was getting ready on 79mbs, the 27th and 28th reads are showing 630mbs and nothing since plugging the new router in.

I am having the issue of the sky max hub not showing in the my sky app. i have,,
reset router using WPS button for 30 seconds and i have unistalled and re-installed the my sky app

Mine showed after an hour. I ran the set up again and it appeared

Ok I'm an idiot. I didn't see the full size QR code on the box. I was trying the one on the leaflet.

Ok 24 hours later it seems to be stuck in a loop and not actually loading/syncing with the app just a constant were setting up your sky max then it fails about 30 minutes later and repeats the process.
Starting to get a bit annoying

So I moved from BT to SKY got an initial hub which was not reaching all parts of my house and also giving me less of a service than I had before so I was told about Sky Max Hub which has cost me more money. This was received 2 weeks ago and will not setup, I have undertaken all the instructions shared and still nothing. I was sent an extender but of course to work this needs the hub to have been setup so. that will not work. I am now waiting for an engineer and just received a text to say they probably will not turn up. I run a business from home and habe no landline which was working with previous hubs and the smallest of speeds because the hub is not setup. Nobody seems to be taking any accountability for this and I have not been offered a service refund as have no service. I was offered 2 free months of UltraHD , I am unsure how that will help considering I have these issues with the WiFi and also will lead me to pay more after 2 months. I moved mobiles , internet and phone to SKY and have had no end of issues and no ETA as to when this will be fixed. Service is not good enough as my business is being impacted and I am getting further frustrated by the day.

I need support. I have the Max Hub. I cannot get the app to setup with it. Tried resetting everything as described in other posts. Waiting well over 24hrs. I just hey stuck on the pictured screen.

Having same issue! Has anyone's eventually on boarded? Was told by engineer it would be 72 hours but that was over a week ago and still the same! Not had a proper service since the summer

After several days of trying everything I woke up one morning and it finally worked. No idea what I did!

So I had an engineer out the other day and it looks like Sky have finally admitted it's an onboarding issue that needs to be done from the manufacturer and Skys system. She showed my an announcement that was issued to Sky engineers on the 11th of this month
