I am unable to get my Sky Max Hub to be added to my sky app. When I try it says 'We are setting up your hub' indefinitely. I have factory reset my hub as well as uninstalling the app neither have worked. When I press on the option to try again the same thing happens. The WiFi works fine but I can't use the Sky Max Pods without the hub being added to the app. I believe others have had this issue but they get invited to a private chat channel so I can't see what advice they were given.
