Sky Max Hub not connecting to bulbs

Hi

1. Just upgraded to Sky Max Hub (white box).

2. Conected well with every thing sky.

3. Great improvement on speeds. 

4. However I can NOT get any of my Google items Lights and temperature around the house to work.

5. Before you start i have tried all the normal things and have been able to reconnect them when sky has been updated before. 

6. As i have been with Sky for over 25 years this one has got me stumped. 

 

Any help much appreciated.

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3-T to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.

You can use the same settings to temporarily disable the 5Ghz WiFi band.
