Sky Max Hub not connecting, green flashing light

Hi, I have just joined Sky and have bought the sky max hub broadband. Our broadband got activated on Monday and I set it up exactly as per the leaflet. A couple of minutes after set up I got a green flashing light. I left it overnight and it's still green flashing. I used the broadband checker and it said everything seems fine. It's been two days and nothing has changed. I really need to get this up and running as I work from home. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

@GeorgieVlatas beforeccalling Sky press and hold in the wps button on the right hand side for 30 seconds until the led starts flashing more quickly then release which will reset the hub to its factory setting.  If doesnt start working properly after tgat call Sky as you may have a faulty unit
