Sky Max Hub none of my devices will connect to it

Set up a new Sky Max Hub now nothing will connect to it have put my security settings down to lowest level have switched router on and off several times and still nothing will connect...playstations, blink camera, Hive heating all showing as cant connect?!! Any ideas Sky have been no help when i called them
