Sky Max Hub keeps dropping wifi and password

The surface pro and our iPhones keep losing connection to the hub and we have to keep reentering the password. Tried for days to get this working and can't find a way to speak to anyone at Sky. WiFi has an x on the 3bars, which I haven't seen before.

@StevieC3 if you call Sky stay on the line do not accept offers of texts etc from the bot and your call will be routed to an agent.

 

The light on your hub will tell you what is going on https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-max-hub if you follow the steps it will tell you what to do if the hub has lost connection to the internet - that is what the x means on the device ie it us connected to the hub but not connecting to the so internet. I

 

Your iPhones need to be set to auto join your home network go into sertings find wifi and tgen the Sky network and make sure you havexautojoin selected. While is settings go to mobike data scroll rightvdown and deselect "Wifi Assist" which should stop the phones switching to use mobile data if its faster than your wifi. There maybe simikarcsettings on your surface pro.
