I've had the sky Max Hub for a few weeks now and during that time the my sky app just has a spinning orange circle with we're setting up your hub and I am not able to access any of the features. I called yesterday and was advised to reset the hub and also uninstall and reinstall the my sky app which I have done and I still have the same issue.
The internet itself works fine however the wifi booster sent by Sky is unable to connect to it so I don't have interent in all my rooms

Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

Hi,
having the same issue. Sky Max hub not being set up in my sky app, just spinning.
have a max pod I'm trying to connect but can't until this is sorted.
