Sky Max Hub is so bad, constant disconnects.
Hi,
I recently moved from BT (100mb) to Sky Fibre (500mb) and very much regretting my decision.
The Sky Max Hub is terrible - constant disconnects
Whenever i attempt to download something, my wifi drops then reconnects several times - its so annoying.

Re: Sky Max Hub is so bad, constant disconnects.
@azza19892 is the issue the hub disconnecting from the line or poor wifi between the hub and the device. The former wouldcshow up on the lights on the hub and the ONT requires work on the line by Openreach but before calling Sky run their service checker in the My Sky app to seeif they are aware of a fault affecting your line.
Poor wifi is a common complaint especially if the BT system used extenders or simply the hub was in a better position. Assuming you are comparing lije with like talk to Sky to see what they offer you have 31 days from install to cancel without penalty.
