Sky Max Hub does not allow split 2.4Ghz and 5GHz - can you revert my product to keep old hub

It looks like Sky Max Hub does not allow splitting 5GHz and 2.4GHz at all and don't see a major improvement so want to keep my old broadband hub. How to update my account so it knows I still use the old one?

That's correct: it is possible to switch off 5Ghz though.

 

 How to update my account so it knows I still use the old one?

 

I suspect there's no way to do so: Sky is very reluctant to admit this is a problem for some users.
