Sky Max Broadband not connecting to Cisco VPN

My Sky Max Broadband works well. No issues here. 

 

However whenever I load my Cisco VPN my connectivity is lost.  I've been told to change my Broadband router channel, but cannot see how.

Changing channel won't be a solution.
