I am a Sky Ireland Broadband customer for the last year and I've been using an Asus RT-AX88U. I originally followed a guide from this forum to set up the connection to the sky network and it worked without issue after setting VLAN ID Tag 10 and providing the username and password. Now since overnight, the router can no longer connect to the network and I just get a red light on the wan light of the router. I haven't adjusted the settings at all and when I plug back in the original sky hub router it works straight away. I'm just wondering if Sky did some upgrades to the network overnight and may have changed some settings?

@Haldamiir I'm seeing the exact same thing. I'm using a different router, but my experience is the same. I posted about it here: https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Sky-BB-Ireland-with-Asus-RT-AX86U/td-p/4735571
but no response 😞

Thank you so much for the detailed reply. I double checked my settings against your screenshots and they were already identical EXCEPT for the "Extend the TTL" option. Once I switched this option to Yes the internet light on the box immediately went white and eveything is working again.
Lets hope that's the end of the issues now! Thanks again
