Evening all,
I'm having a lot of toruble getting my xbox series x to work with my Sky Wifi. I keep getting an error about teredo and needing to reset the router and xbox until one of them magically works. I've tried opening the ports and making a stable IP address for my xbox and these seem to work for all of a day before stopping again. This prevents me from playing any game that requires an online connection. The wifi connects and allows me to message and download games to my hearts content, I just can't play anything.
Any thoughts would be great.

I have and this resolves the issue, but is not a suitable work around. From looking around the issue shouldn't exist on one and not the other. It's a setting at router level.

I'm getting the same issue but with a Ethernet cable. It only just started happening and I'm unable to fix it. Any suggestions ?

About a month ago we had problems with our broadband and telephone service. It lasted about 12 hours. Today I tried to go online with my xbox, bout it does not recognise my network connection. When I add it manually it still does not recognise the connection. This has only been an issue since the earlier broadband and telephone problem.
Can you suggest a solution?
