I am still waiting for Royal Mail to deliver the sky hub, as it's tracked I can see it is still reported as being at their mail centre since Tuesday.
My broadband has now been activated and I am being billed for a service I cannot use.
Is there anyway to escalate this and get a Skyhub delivered?

@Highlinder thanks for the suggestion, there's no customer seevice or live chat to contact that I can find on this site. So apart from this community I cannot see where else to get any help.

Thank you @Highlinder the number is nicely hidden away, worked though and customer services are arranging to dispatch a replacement sky hub.
