My sky hub went dead on the weekend and I went through the steps and had to book a visit
today 8-10am the guy didn't show up and no call either
had to reschedule the visit and now have Sunday 18th August ( which is too late as I need WiFi to work) is there a way to fix this hub as they cannot ship a replacement- only option is to wait in the visit. Highly doubt they will show up on a Sunday if they couldn't on Tuesday
Worst service - options available are hopeless. If they could just send a new hub I could sort it.
any ideas on how to get this hub started ??
