12 hours now with no internet. Will call once back from work however it seems from other posts this has happened to others.
Broadband checker says speeds are ok but says no connection to hub.
Wifi is working but no internet.
I assume this is a known issue. Can you let me know when you will fix it?

There are many reasons for the internet to drop, and we as community members can make recommendations but that's about it. You need to contact Sky for action on repairing the issue if the broadband has failed.
Recommend the community member see whether it recovers later when home, then call Sky if it is still out and has a fault.
