Hi,
My broadband is meant to be installed on Monday (10th June) but I haven't received my hub. Royal Mail has said it's meant to be delivered on Monday but not sure what time. Can the engineer still install/ turn on the broadband of the hub isn't delivered on time?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Nikki111 What broadband package is being installed at the property? You should be able to check via Track orders in my account and get the tracking number for Royal Mail.
The engineer does not need the router to be in place to complete their side of the installation.
