Hi,
This is not so much an issue just an observation. I had sky FTTP installed last week and the speeds and reliability have been good. However, one thing Ive noticed is that the line speed is significantly lower than my actual device speed. For example today my line speed shows 438 mb/s but I'm getting 520 mb/s on speedtest.net over Ethernet. Is this just a bug with Sky software?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@dgboss101 the addition of the "line speed" in the hub's connection stats and on the connection test is pretty new and we are trying to find out how it is derived my guess is its a value added by Sky not something directly measured your post seems to confirm that theory. Pretty obviously its the stated speed that is wrong as a 520Mb/s speed test implies a connection of 55OMb/s which is correct for an Ultrafast + connection.
A quick straw poll of 3 Superusers on this package gave 549,900Mb/s as being reported in our hub's download speed field Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
