Hi All
I am moving address on 26 November and have signed up for Sky Broadband and TV (the engineers are visiting on the 28th and 29th of November respectively). I see that the Sky Hub delivery address is the new address, with the "Expected delivery date" being "Coming soon".
I am concerned that the Sky Hub might be delivered to the new address before the 26th, when no one would be around to accept delivery. Is there a way either to (a) have Sky delivery the Sky Hub to my current address between now and the 25th, or (b) have Sky schedule the delivery to the new address for some time between the 26th and the 28th?

If you have a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk landline phone then you can call Sky for free via the 150 number. Or under "Need more help ?" at the bottom this page is the number to call, it might take a few seconds to appear, if you are in Ireland make sure the flag in the bottom right is changed to the ROI so you see an 0818 number:
Just ignore the messages at the start of the call and remain on the line for as long as you can and don't hang up when asked to do so.
