Hello There, To who it may concern.
(This gonna be a little long because i like telling the whole story when im having severe issues like this)
I have been a Sky+ customer since 2011 And Sky Broadband Customer since 2016. I've been enjoying using my sky hub router and my sky plus.
Now i am usually the person who is "If it isnt broken, dont brother replacing it." Thats why ive kept my sky plus all these years and still use the 2016 sky hub.
But then a problem arose with my sky + hd, called sky and they said theyre surprised a box lasted that long, but they dont repair sky+ anymore, then gave me choice as to get sky q or sky stream, q for the same price.
I decided to get stream box, because sky q is also a little old and i wanted this chance to get the latest and best from sky.
I never changed my broadband, this will be handy soon.
Next day, i got my stream box, set it up and connected it to internet. But then i looked at my sky hub, i saw that the light (Sky+HD) was not on. I thought at first it was a sky+ specific light but i looked online and saw even Q customers had their hub's sky+ light on.
So now im worried, when i had sky+ all lights on my hub were on now with the stream the hub lights not all are on the sky box one is off.
So if you guys have any thing to help out I would Greatly appreciate it

(If it was too long to read: The Sky box led on my sky hub isnt turning on with sky stream, even though its internet is working well, but the light was on my old sky+)

The Sky+HD light does not exist on the newest Sky routers, do you have an issue with anything not working?
