Sky Hub 4.2 internet keeps dropping out. I have tried resetting but problem remains.

Sky Hub 4.2 Internet keeps dropping out. I have carried out all tests but all states ok and everything working fine. I have unplugged all wires and phone line from wall socket, replaced all correctly and hub/internet still dropping out. This has become increasingly frustrating and has been happening for just over two weeks. I have turned off Private Relay, which keeps dropping out and leaves me vulnerable to see if that solves the issue. Please advise on how to resolve issue?

very fast when its working but past three days  its been off  more than on ...im in lockebie....is there a problem here sky.
