Sky Glass and connecting to internet

Trying to connect to Sky broadband. Have entered the new Sky name ad password but is not accepting it. Says to press WPS button for several minutes and try again. Sky Hub does not have a WPS button! Totally confused!.

All Sky Hubs have a WPS button. If you have the flat Sky Q hub its on the front, the two small black arrows. If you have the newer upright Sky Broadband Hub it is on the side of the hub, again two small black arrows.

Having the WPS button as black-on-black way down on the side there was always a really silly design choice: you're far from the first person not to have spotted it.

As I've remarked elsewhere, BT make their equivalent much more prominent, but then locate it on a rounded edge towards the back of the Smart Hub where it's really easy for a fingertip to hit the power button instead...
