Sky Gigafast not working for some services

Got Sky gigafast, works ok 99% of the time but occasionally like this morning some websites will just refuse to work but everything else is ok. Today its epicgames.com and any related sites just as unrealengine.com, also preventing login to epicgames app.

Sky broadband shield disabled

Tried multiple DNS providers (the website IP WILL resolve, it just won't load the website)

Tried multiple devices on the network

Website WILL load if I use a VPN, only problems if I go direct via my sky connection

No other websites/services appear impacted

Tried powercycling router and FTTP box

Anyone else had anything like this? its infuriating.
