Sky FullFibreGigafast activ'n and install was meant to happen today 8am-1pm waited all day no show

We had an appointment for today (friday 21st Feb 8am-1pm)  for Sky FullFibreGigafast activ'n and install was meant to happen today 8am-1pm waited all day. they did nto show up nor contact us.
