Sky Full Fibre Gigafast Wifi dropping out every 20-30 secs

Recently changed to Sky Full Fibre Gigafast

Seemed to work well for a few days at great speed and tested well

Been a little busy away and after 2 weeks of Wife and Kids suggesting it drops out all the time ( Every 20-30 secs) I have realised it drops wife as they say. 

Connect with you iphone and you see it switch from 4G - Wifi as they say 

If you watching Netflix it works but may download well enough to clear this when it fails ? 

All computers in the house drop and drive you insane so cannot use anything in the office

Spent the last week on the phone and pushed and pulled through the diagnostics telling me it is working fine, but ofcourse it is for 20 secs during the speed test.

Very frustrating and now Sky are suggesting 3 working days of tests. 

Not getting anywhere and to be honest very close to bin the whole system and move to something that works 

Any ideas before I pull the plug ?

@Hedge-74 would be helpful to know what hub you have, any mesh/powerline systems connected, sky Q involved? When you changed, did you also change hub, it all matters!

Hub is new supplied and installed by Sky engineer 

Everytime I suggest faulty they do a line test and send me they sorted message 

The new Router MODEL  is a SR203

@Hedge-74 When you have the fault does anything from the link below show regarding the hub lights.

@Hedge-74 Keeping these all separate so we can try to knock a few things off 1 by 1. Anyway you can look, grab your table as shown and post it back, using the camera, lot easier to do if you have a laptop / pc connected. More intrested in the times than anything else as you are WANoE connected!

@Hedge-74 Your new SR203, do you think when you got it from sky, it was new or a potential used re-furb, mine for sure was a re-furb, so you just dont know, example the one i had before going to EE was up for a whole 4 years no problems and no issue's went back to sky as if it was brand new, but been onlne for such a long time!
