I changed to Sky this year and chose Sky Full Fibre 300. I am surprised at how slow it is, how frequently the wifi drops and how often my tv glitches. I have looked at all the help topics, tried what they have suggested and had 'conversations' with the bot. Nothing helps and it is impossible to speak to someone to get help. I am beginning to think Sky was the wrong choice.

No it wasn't resolved. Unable to speak to customer services so I emailed but they sent me a generic email with links to try and resolve it which just re directed back to their website. Really disappointed

@jo-jo65 Are all of the devices that you are having issue with all connected via Wi-Fi? What colour is your router? Black or white?

@jo-jo65It sounds like that you will need booster pods which you can ask Sky to send you out if you have the broadband max subscription with your broadband. Just give them a call to go through your options.

Re: Sky Full Fibre 300 slower than other broadband I've had.
Hi did you ever get this issue resolved with Sky full fibre 300? I'm having exactly the same issue (WIFI keeps dropping out on all devices in same room as router!) The last few weeks have been terrible - lost count of the amount of times carried out hard reset of router. I have a black router and this is a new one they have sent out but it's as bad as my original one and to have WIFI dropping out in same room as router is very poor. I spoke to there tech support for broadband and all they where interested in doing is signing me up to new contract rather then hleping with main issue!

Hi
It's the broadband hub.
Last night WIFI was constantly dropping out if your not within a few feet of the router but even then it's still dropping out reguarly!
Thanks
Mark

@mark+fitz67 Re read you post, so are you saying from it that you have had two exact same hubs supplied and both are doing the exact same thing!
