Recently had Sky Full Fibre installed with Sky glass replacing Sky Q and normal WiFi through phone line.
the new full fibre consistently drops out from the sky glass tv, multiple times per day. I've reset the box at least 5 times per day it's fine for a bit then goes again. I've called Sky who are just trying to sell me a booster - I already have one that was working fine with my previous WiFi.
Apparently Sky need time to investigate but it's now been a week and no further help or support has been given.
Can anyone suggest anything I can do?

@peter-marlow+1966 That is the case for superfast broadband and not for ultrafast broadband connections.

@Dl26 Did you still keep the original hub with the fibre upgrade, or was it replaced, white or black hub from sky?

Re: Sky Full Fibre 150 consistently dropping off of Sky Glass TV
It's a new hub and black. I've recently spoken with Sky again and it looks as though the booster and router were interfering with each other... advise me to remove the booster completely. I've unfortunately been out of the house so unable to verify if this has fully solve the issue.
