Sky Fibre internet and voice keep going down. Amber lights.
Hey all
Since having my ultrafast plus fibre installed on the 7th of Oct my internet and voice have been dropping connection randomly and showing amber lights on the router. This usually lasts about 20-40 minutes at a time though it quite frequently happens 2-4 times over the course of about 2 hours before either sorting itself out or I get fed up with it and pull the power from the router for 10 mins before reconnecting.
A couple of times i've had just the voice go amber which has caused me to be disconnected from the internet very briefly, then when it starts working again I feel like I've travelled back 25 years and am on 56k again.
All green lights on the ONT box whilst this is happening. Running the test on the MySky app from my phone shows no issues while it is down.
Having checked the Support > Recent Activity Logs on the router page all of these outages line up with messages like this:
15:12:17 syslog: No lease renewal received
15:12:19 syslog: eth3.1 - WAN link DOWN.
15:12:19 syslog: DHCP lease expired from server. Connection DOWN.
15:12:46 syslog: Voice IP Connection Down
15:12:46 syslog: WAN IPV6 DOWN
15:12:48 syslog: Voice Disconnected
Eventually I will receive this:
15:46:56 syslog: Received valid DHCP lease from server. Connection UP.
and everything will start back up again.
This issue is making it impossible to play anything online and often interrupts us trying to stream film and tv etc

No ideas anyone? Is it better just to phone up and see what they say?
