Sky Fibre in Sheffield 13?

I'm looking to visit and potentially move to a place in the Handsworth area of Sheffield, the visit might be some time next week, however, can anyone tell me if the area's compatible with the faster Fibre for Sky Broadband? [removed]

Putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning type is available.

I checked Sky last week, they can do full 150 Mbps Fibre.

I can't get Virgin (and wouldn't if I could due to the call centres being on the flippin' Moon!) and I cancelled Talk Talk about 5 years ago for the same reason.

Shows single dwelling unit business with existing fttp service.  So up to 1 Gb per second is available

Is that for Business class though or would it work for domestic dwellings?

That is openrech description of the property at the time not a indication of future use.  Maybe someone had a business line at the time.
