Sky Fibre Openreach date moved again - and no weekends?
I called Sky to check on my fibre installation and was advised my date was moved - also having a dairy of meetings to reschedule... Now I asked for a weekend and was told that Openreach and Sky does not work weekends, even if it was 3 months out - I was surprised - Is this true? Should I be looking to move with a new carrier for my broadband and tv services?

No Openreach-based ISP can conjour up Openreach personnel for weekend working on domestic provisioning: that includes BT/EE/Plusnet, Vodafone and TalkTalk.
An altnet (non-Openreach) provider can choose to insist on its own staff and contractors working at weekends if its business model (and finances) allow.
