Hi @NotII, when did your upgrade to SFM take place? I'm wondering if the increased latency might be because the automated connection management system (DLM) is still working on stabilising/maximising line performance. If so, you may find it reduces over the next few days. Some of the other regulars may have more to add.

How is your router connected?
If you are using a microfilter are you able to change it for a spare you may have?
If your router isnt already connected to the master socket could you try connecting it and see if that improves anything? If its already connected to the master socket then are you able to take the faceplate of the master socket off and use the test telephone socket behind it to rule out any unstable wiring you may have in your home?
If none of this works then you'll have to phone Sky and tell them everything that has gone on since your upgrade as it seems the upgrade as revealed you have an unstable line.
