Sky Engineer no show - Sky Must send engineer to check my internet ?

As the title suggests - I have had to book a sky engineer for my new"ish" install of Broadband - a whooping 9Mb connection. 

I can't feed back to sky my issues "no method exists" which is annoying but not as annoying as cancelling my work to sit and receive a confirmation message that the engineer is on their way only for them to "no show" 

This is the info I was trying to present to Sky - a clear demonstration of a connection issue right ? 

IF ONLY SKY HAD A WAY TO FEED THEM THIS IMPORTANT LOG INFORMATION !

I missed an important point here too though. 

They can charge £25.00 if i'm not in but if they dont show do I get the 25.00 ?

@Are_you_4_real Yes you get the fail to show engineer visit compensation, if he does not mark it as turned up but nobody answered my call!

I also had to wait 6 weeks after my failed install date, which they have not credited me for, I went with sky as I thought they were one of the better ones, maybe they are but so far they seem to be failing to meet their commitments.

@Are_you_4_real If you do not have the Fibre installed and you are in the OR Openreach area, then that is all down to OR to get Fibre to you, can be for many reason's that you do not have it yet! Even sky not being ready in the Exchange with Equipment.
