Hi,
I have just recieved a text stating 'great news a sky engineer can visit your home to complete fibre set up - make sure your in etc...' does this mean they are coming today? as not meant to be coming till 23rd August and i am not in the home today

Hi there, this may be just be a confirmation text. You can check the date of your engineer booking by logging into sky.com or the MySkyApp and checking your order tracker. Hope this helps 🙂
