We have been with sky for about 6 weeks and recently our IP address changed to "Worthing" from the correct location of "Portsmouth" . The problem is that since this change most DNS requests are failing , meaning lots of Web sites can not be opened . I can set a Manual DNS IP address of 1.1.1.1 on two of our devices and they work fine but other devices have to use Sky,s DNS and fail to open Web pages or open them partially . Can I release my current IP address and switch to a new one . Also is anybody in Sky intrested in the faulty DNS Server ? .

Hi and thank you for your response . I powered the router off over night but it still has a non working DHCP DNS server . I am new to sky and finding them impossible to contact to report my problem .
Does anybody know of a contact email for sky which does not just ask me test the line and change WiFi channels ( for a DNS problem ??? ) . Thanks again for your help .
