I can't contact Sky. I was supposed to have the internet installed today 8:00 - 13:00. So far no one and no information. I'm already 2 hours late for work. How can I find out what and how because I have to go to work.
Best regards
Daniel

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou would have to persevere on the phone. Sky are currently having issues with their website which they are looking into which may also be affecting Customer Services agent which will make calls longer and create more calls.
