@anneroo55  If you go to the link below and go to the bottom right hand corner and change the flag to Ireland and then click on " Need more help " at the bottom of the page you will find a number to call.

@anneroo55 all of the phone numbers listed here https://selectra.ie/broadband/providers/sky/contact

start 0818 which I thought all Irish Sim cards can call but they do list some numbers for texts starting 0861.

@anneroo55

As you've posted in the Broadband board I presume you have that service so you should also be able to call Sky Ireland by dialling 150 from your Sky Talk landline.

@anneroo55

It's part of your Broadband subscription. You could always purchase a cheap phone for emergencies and calling Sky.

Re: Sky Contact Number

I have had broadband issues for weeks every time I call I'm told there's no problem or to call back or to wait for another day and call back again

Re: Sky Contact Number

Are there alternative provider to Sky in ireland? I really want to get away from them as its almost impossible to get problems sorted quickly.

Re: Sky Contact Number

I can't contact Sky. I was supposed to have the internet installed today 8:00 - 13:00. So far no one and no information. I'm already 2 hours late for work. How can I find out what and how because I have to go to work.

Best regards

Daniel

@TitoBandito1977

You would have to persevere on the phone. Sky are currently having issues with their website which they are looking into which may also be affecting Customer Services agent which will make calls longer and create more calls.

There are many competing ISPs in RoI, yes.  The Sky natural monopoly is on subscription satellite television.
