Re: Sky Broadband.
Its showing 65Mbps at the minute and with the line attenuations is likely to go to 80Mbps. The line drop 34 hours ago is likely when the new profile was changed.
What device are you measuring the speeds on and are you using wifi or ethernet?

Re: Sky Broadband.
So after giving you that screenshot I had checked the speed on Oakla and was getting 50 download when connected to WiFi. Most likely an issue related with the My Sky App and not updating as fast because the connection says 37. Thank you very much for your reply

Re: Sky Broadband.
Reviewing the stats again the line attenuations suggest your green roadside cabinet is almost outside your front door. So long as you don't reset the hub i am sure you will get 80Mbps. So over the next 10 days check that that noise margin starts going down from 6 db to 3db

Re: Sky Broadband.
What does the noice margin exactly do? And what is the main purpose of checking it over the next 10 days? A query.

Re: Sky Broadband.
Noise margins can indicate a fault if it is ove,r ds 6db . In this situation your line looks able to handle 80Mbps. There fore it could be ds 3db. It is likely that increasing your speed has put your line on a dynamic line management as your local cabinet makes sure your line can handle 80Mbps. Like when you first got sky broadband you would have been advised about the 10 day line training this pretty much works the same way

Re: Sky Broadband.
Also it reflects on your guarantee.
You line attenuations suggest a guaranteed speed of maybe 65-70 Mbps so keeping an eye on the speed over the next 10 days will keep you
In a good position if it doesn't increase
