My broadband speed with sky has alays been over 40Mb/s for the number of years I have been with them since upgrading the broadband at the start of the lockdowns BUT since they have started providing broadband to someone else clsoe by my speed has gone down and is now only around 22Mb/s
I contacted support a few months ago and just got the reply that if I wanted to cancel I could do without penalty.
I am on contacing them again now for them to FIX the problem not to leave them but seem to be getting nowhere.
Are sky doing this on purpose to get rid of some customers?

Anyone else had this problem or anyone can help with these hub statistics above?

Then the only way forward is to telephone Sky, unfortunately. Specify the high noise margin and low speeds indicating a major fault.

One has a raised noise margin above 3-6dB at 11dB which indicates a major fault. You could try running the broadband test at the top of the forum posts and see whether it detects the fault and allows you to book an engineer.

Sorry, can you link me the tests you have mentioned, cant find them on the top of posts.
Would an average of 182Gb a month cause them to throttle back my bandwidth?
The tests I can find on the MySky shows Ok apart from the Speed to hub.

It is under this URL link below under the "line test" paragraph highlighted URL.

Thanks for the link, these are the same tests that can find in the MySky section.
It shows all showing OK apart from the speed to the hub at 20Mb/s instead of over 40Mb/s expected and used to achieve.
There does not seem to be any links from there to arrange an engineer?

Just had a visit from from a Sky engineer, did a few tests and changed the master socket ... same results, so she contacted someone and found that for some reason my data speed had been capped at the 20Mb/s.
This has been removed and now getting 62Mb/s.
Thanks for the help.
