Rather frustrated that Sky broadband service availability checker says Full Fibre (GigaFast) is not available at my address, when OpenReach and other providers all report that it's available.
Any idea how to get Sky to properly investigate and change their understanding?

If its just recently rolled out via openreach it may take another 2-4 before sky catches up with the openreach full fibre database

And if you currently have G.fast from Sky, their sales system may insist FTTP isn't available.

Same here. BT, EE and Plusnet are all offering Full Fibre up to 900Mbps at my address. Nothing from Sky. I'm stuck in a contract anyway, but it seems odd that Sky is so slow to update its systems.
