Sky Broadband seems down

I had no FTTC broadband a short time ago. 
After rebooting the Sky Hub broadband seems to have come back on but the voice light on the HUb still shows orange.

do a Sky service status check it says there may be a outage in your area and they are looking in to it anyone else got problems with there Sky Broadband.

Im in the Dunfermline area and last time I llst connection the outage seems to be 70% of the country and was problem lasted a good few hours.

Anyone else having problems.

I'm in South Wales and my broadband has also gone down.

Same problem here no broadband in London N14. It usually goes off every night but comes back after five minutes or so. This is a joke so frustrating. Been a loyal sky customer for many years but this is now getting beyond a joke. Sort it out sky or people will just go elsewhere 😡

@mich76 @Ney02  @Rachxx39 where connectivity is lost after midnight the most likely explanation is network maintenance. If that applies the service will come back up before 6am. Only if it doesnt do you need to do anything which is to run the connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection which will tell you if there is a known fault if there isnt you need to report the fault to Sky.

Equipment and lines need to be maintained which is always done overnight to minimise disruption. Nothing users or ISPs can do about that unfortunately.

Yes it's a joke. Seems to be back on this morning with me.

I know every ISP goes down occasionally but Sky seems to have had a few outages in the last 6 or 7 months.

I understand it may need maintenance but not every night 😂 it's getting a joke lately and is unacceptable
