Hi all - I received a confirmation email for my order of Sky Broadvand and created a MySkyApp account using the same email address that I used to purchase the broadband.
When I log into the app / via browser, I cannot see any "messages", "documents", "orders", or "contracts" that would show the package I ordered, whether the hub has been dispatched for delivery, etc.
Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you placed the order today then you might need to give it 24 hours or perhaps until Monday for things to start to appear via the account you created.
