Sky Broadband not connecting to Internet

We are having issues whereby the Internet service trips in and out. I have used the checker on the My Sky app and it is advising there are no issues. I have already reset the router and have also switched it off from the plug several times but it keeps happening.

Yes i have had the same - since Sunday morning.  the service checker either via my iphone or laptops keeps on saying the service is fine but atleast once an hour the route looses connection to the internet and resetting this does not guarentee it will come back on.  for example this internet has been off since 3am this morning and has literally just come back on - despite the service checker telling me it fine and resetting the router atleast 5 times.
