Sky Broadband keeps disconnecting when Sky Q box switches off

I recently upgraded to Sky broadband superfast. Since doing so each time my Sky Q box goes to standby the connection is lost. I have to set up the connection each time to use the broadband. I did not have this problem before upgrading.  Any advice on how to resolve?

@jmr2576  Make sure you Sky Q box is not in eco mode,  they shoukld be set to none, see the guide here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/using-the-standby-settings
