I have an issue today where I cannot connect remotely to my work through Horizon VMWare Client. This was working on Friday but not today.
All wifi in the house is working and my wife can connect to her place of work remotely but I cannot.
I went to a neigbour and connected via their BT wifi and managed to connect to my workplace but cannot do it via Sky.
Help appreciated.

Not really sure about this but appears PCoiP uses port 4172 that now appears to be getting blocked by Sky when trying to access the horizon URL, preventing me logging in. Does this additional info help?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@leeburt no obvious changes to Sky's network over the weekend. I would suggest powering down your router for 10 minutes or so which should force a change in IP address and the physical server you connected to this often sorts odd issues.
By default the firewall on Sky hubs blocks all ports from enxternal devices except for those used by known protocols such as UPnP. Of course these ports are open to traffic initiated by apps on your network. If your employers servers need access to devices using specific ports then you can open these selectivily by creating acfirewall rule but if everything worked last week and your company's system has not changed there should be no need.

Port forwarding with Sky Broadband
This fixed it for me.
Need to be a bit tech savvy to do it.
