My broadband activation date was yesterday, but my Sky hub hasn't arrived yet. Has anyone had the same issue?
I don't even know if it has been dispatched - I haven't received any email/text from them. I also created a Sky online account, but I cannot track my order as it keeps giving an error message. Is it normal?
It is quite frustrating. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Delays this time of year with the Christmas and New Year holidays are what might have held up the dispatch and delivery of your hub. If you can't access your online account then all you can do is to call Sky so they can let you know if it is on it's way.

Thank you for your reply! I’ve just phoned them, and they’ve re‑issued the delivery of the hub. It should arrive within the next 3–5 days. Hopefully things go smoothly this time!
