Sky Broadband gone down in Cornwall, PL24

My sky broadband hub has had a green light slowing flashing green since about 10pm last night. I have turned it off and back on again, done the service checker on the app which keeps saying Sorry our tests are currently unavailable. Is anyone else having this problem?

Sky went dark at 10.20pm last night while I was working . Did all the tests, nothing worked. Phoned sky and was closed.  Tried throughout the night at times as I still had work to finish and nothing.  It's now morning and still nothing.  Wondering if it's an alien attack , zombie apocalypse or just sky's outdated equipment.  Loyal customer for 16 years but customer service has got worse each year . This might be the year I leave as internet drops on a daily basis .  Mid cornwall

PL25 4 - Broadband went down at 22:30 Monday 10 March and is still down at 07:30 Tuesday 11th. 

Online Service Checker tools are absolutely useless, they bounce between all green ticks claiming no issues to be unavailable. 

Seems no way of reporting the outage online, no response on phone number and no service status to indicate what is happening to resolve the issue.

same in south yorkshire. Broadband off, router has two green lights and two amber lights.  been on sky hell and it says the broadband checker is not available at the moment, try later!! great service sky!!
