Sky Broadband gone down in Cornwall, PL24

Broadband gone off again, app says no problem it's all fine, but it's clearly not 🙄

My broadband has stopped working,

2 green and 2 amber ligths

 it won't reboot and I've tried to trouble shoot but nothing works

Looking for suggestions please. The Internet has dropped, it's not showing a light on the broadband box, at the moment it's Power - green light Internet - no light WiFi- green light Voice - amber light The sky diagnostic tool on the app says everything is fine, but it's clearly not! Thanks in advance for any help

Same, ours went down around 20 mins ago, sky service syatus thinks everything is ok 🤔

Ive got the same issue (also in Cornwall). The service checker tool is less than no help
