Sky Broadband drops out every day recently. Why?

why does my Sky Broadband drop out everyday recently?  ThIS is a truly dreadful service to provide to a Sky Platinum customer.

We have also had this. The connection drops several times a day for a few days then stabilises.

We currently have no connection and no info from Sly as the website simply says "we can't run tests right now".

We have invariably found that the equipment provided for inside the house is great, the connection to the house however is patchy.

@claire1982again give Sky a call and report the fault. Where the line is down the online test cannot complete because it cannot communicate with your hub. If your Sky Talk line is working dial 150 for a free call.
